Background
Born and raised in Galway, Ireland, I spent some time traveling and living in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Coming home with a new appreciation for Europe and how after just an hour or so of travel, you can feel like you’ve stepped into a completely new world.
Likes: Port wine! Sweet wine, I mean who wouldn’t love it?
Dislikes: When my headphones randomly die just as I’m heading to one of Portugal’s amazing beaches.
Favourite Place in Portugal: I love Porto for its colorful streets, riverside vibes and all the little spots that make it feel alive. Plus, there’s nothing better than chilling with a glass of port wine and watching the sunset.
